How it works
Planning a ceremony should feel easy
From first hello to your ceremony day, here's exactly what to expect. I handle the details so you can be fully present for the moments that matter.
- 01
01.Reach out
Tell me a little about your event using the contact form (or email me directly). The more you share — date, location, what you're imagining — the better I can help. I'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Reach out now — I reply within 24 hours - 02
02.Chat & plan the ceremony
We'll have a relaxed conversation over phone or video (or in person, if local) to hear your story and your hopes for the day. I'll draft a ceremony and we'll refine it together — vows, readings, music, and rituals.
- 03
03.Confirm your date & deposit
Once you love how it's coming together, you confirm your date with a simple agreement and a deposit to hold it. Secure card deposit payment via Square is being added — until then we'll arrange payment by a method that works for you. The balance is due before your ceremony.
- 04
04.Ceremony day
I arrive early, calm and fully prepared, so you can be fully present. When the music starts, I'll be right where I'm needed — guiding a ceremony that you and your loved ones will remember for years.

Frequently asked questions
Do you officiate same-sex weddings?
Absolutely! I welcome and celebrate love in all its forms. All couples are honored and respected, and I'm delighted to officiate weddings for LGBTQ+ couples.
Can we write our own vows?
Of course! I encourage couples to personalize their ceremonies. I'm happy to help you craft your vows or review ones you've written yourself.
Do you travel for ceremonies?
Yes, I am available to officiate ceremonies anywhere in the United States. I offer both virtual ceremonies and in-person services. For in-person ceremonies, clients cover travel expenses (flight and accommodation if needed). I will travel to your chosen location to make your special day perfect.
What if we're not religious?
No problem at all. I create ceremonies that reflect your beliefs and values, whether that's spiritual, secular, interfaith, or religious. The ceremony is about you and what matters to you.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, I recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for popular dates. For funerals, I understand timing is unpredictable and do my best to accommodate with short notice.
What happens at the initial consultation?
Our first meeting is a chance to get to know each other, discuss your vision for the ceremony, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit. There's no obligation to book.
How are packages priced?
Package pricing is provided through direct consultation. Please contact us with your ceremony details so we can recommend the right officiating package and pricing for your needs.
